Inspired by the remarkable achievements of the Rezai dynasty in Iran prior to the 1979 revolution—a time when they ranked among the country’s most influential economic families, — than the GmbH was founded in Germany (15 June 2020) to carry this entrepreneurial legacy forward in a new environment.

With the goal of creating a platform for strategic investments and long-term value creation, Rezais Group Investing & Holding GmbH was founded in Germany as a capital company with a strong focus on growth, innovation, and international partnerships. The founders brought not only capital, but also decades of experience in raw materials, industry, real estate, and financial services.
